  Hello, I am new and have been waiting for someone to talk about menopause, because it does just that, "pause” your life while you battle with cold sweats, hot flushes, mood swings, forgetfulness, flulike symptoms for 5-7 minutes (each time I get a cold sweat or hot flush), and the laughter that turns to tears. I work full time, and try to keep my mood swings in check. I find it unhelpful that menopause is not a reason to take days off work, but it should be a reason, right? Also, the impact...
