  Hi everyone! I've noticed over the last week some symptoms like irritability and anxiety that are stronger than usual but last night everything sort of lumped together and identified as an episode. I didnt realize until this afternoon that it was a depressive espisode and not hypomanic but either way this is the first big one I've had in a few weeks.   Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I havent written in a while but wanted to think out loud and see if anyone has felt similar to this. Right now I'm having my longest stretch of a consistent average/good mood since I was diagnosed two years ago, I'm motivated to work on my school work and finally think about the future but something still feels off.   Hi everyone, I'm currently a sophmore in college with Bipolar 1, I live in an apartment with two other girls who I was friends with and earlier in October I had my worst depressive episode yet. It lasted around a week and during that time neither roomate showed any kind of support, I was hurt because I thought they were my friends so I went home for 2 weeks to a safe environment where I could rebuild.   Hi all, Just a few minutes ago I was refilling my weekly pill container and left out two 450mg Lithium pills to take, as I finished cleaning my room I thought I misplaced them and took another 2 pills. I'm having a hard time remembering if I took one or two doses but am pretty sure I took two. I was wondering if this has happened to someone and wanted to check if I need to do anything or if I should be fine. Thank you!!

  Hi all, This is my first time on any online support chats, my therapist suggested I join so I can talk with people who personally understand the emotions and effects of high/low episodes. Last summer I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder type 1, then two months later I moved 8 hours away from home to start my freshman year of college.
