So today was a good day I went to the laundromat and did like five loads of laundry. It was a good exercise run. I've decided to lose weight so I've been gone in it and running and dancing and anything I can do to get these calories off burn those Shiny vibes. It's so beautiful in September the ones gushing and there's dust everywhere but I don't pay no mind because it's just beautiful outside and on rather be outside than on the couch anyways just going to keep positive cook bake and tomorrow...

This month has been a little challenging, but for the most part I made it through the month. My best friend came by it today and it was really nice just to see her. We had pizza and I gave her one of my paintings on getting really good at painting lately. It was really good to see her and just catch up because we only get to see each other once a month and everything. I actually met her here on DS 20 years ago. She's my best friend and she sticks up for me so I really am appreciative of her....

Back to reality cleaned my room did some laundry this week and also just all around had a good week feeling more positive and making more efforts to be happy. I am also glad I was able to get some supplies for arts and crafts which my favorite is painting. I'm happy that I'm getting through this year.

I'm in a better place today mentally physically and in my soul I believe that things happen for a reason season our lifetime. I also think that I should be grateful for what I really have in life which is my family and my care team at my clinic and just my all my friends I'm feeling better. I don't feel depressed today and I feel like I turned over a new leaf and people can bounce back so I definitely can. I feel like I can forgive my sister and make up with her when she's ready to confront me...

I was reading an article and I drink tea every day. Mind me I drink maybe 6 to 8 cups a day, but I was recently reading up on the Internet and they said that tea flushes out lithium levels and I've been having trouble keeping lithium in my system, so I'm really wondering if this is possible Conclusion why I'm having problems with it

You know my world is flipped upside down. I had no idea what I had done last April when I got married and shortly after two weeks got divorced I don't really know where to go from here. I'm pretty depressed, but I think with everything going on I should just stay strong and just waited out myself things a way of working out that's not the end of the world but it just seems like it. I really wanted it to work but it's just been a nightmare so I have really feelings towards my family right now...
