  Yesterday I freaked myself out that I will relapse into a severe depressive/suicidal episode.recently left inpatient hospitalization (one week stay) after I deemed myself unsafe and needing more help. This was after a 6 week depressive episode.i am stable and working on improving everyday. I have a routine, and I’m working towards going back to work in November.everyone is saying that I am improving and seem so much better than I was...I of course don’t really see it except shrug and say,...

  i was diagnosed in May 2020 after a suicide attempt, and dealing with 20 years of just thinking I had clinical depression.  It has been a rough ride...have gone in patient and moved in with my parents (just for 2 months) to stabilize. I have worked in an executive role for 10 years and I may have to go on long term disability, which I have very mixed feelings about.  So much change...it’s scary.  I am happy to have found the group and hope we can mutually help each other and share ideas....
