Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the beginning of the holiday season. Something odd has been happening with me recently and I'm trying to figure out why and to see if this has happened to anyone else. Over the last few weeks about once or twice a week in the middle of the night I wake up from these super vivid dreams but instead of fully waking up and the dreams stopping I get caught for a few minutes in a combined dream/being awake experience. For example, last night I woke up thinking I was at the place I work and that my bedroom door was someone I knew crying, I got out of bed and went up to my door and asked if it was ok. I remember in my head I was thinking both if the person was ok and why was I out of bed in the middle of the night talking to my door. Another notable one was that I woke up thinking someone had gifted me some items so I was standing in the middle of my room holding things and thanking this person but after a few minutes I realized I had grabbed items that were sitting on my desk and I was alone. I've never been a sleep walker and I havent changed my medication in the past few weeks so I am at a loss for what is going on and definetly feeling a little crazy. I am planning on talking with my psychiatrist about it but was curious if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone has a suggestion to what this is. Thank you!

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

Study? Talk to your doc!
I think it is worth asking your doctor because you might pick up something and do something harmful.
What I found though that when I talked to my pdoc was that he minimized it... I was having terrible night terrors and he stated they're only dreams... I insisted after a time that I needed to change meds and I did... No more night terrors.... Big hug....xo
I make some craft work then wake up looking for it
Then I realize that I was asleep
My doc said it is inspiration and to write it down I also make up stories he was not worried so I not no biggies
