  i'm not sure if this is the right group to post this in but i feel so lost and cofnused that any advice would be really useful. i began talking to somone who is 12 years older than me and we kept it a secret for a few months. then, my mum found out and is insisting that we end things because it is unatural and doesn't follow society. part of me knows i should maybe end things because there is such a gap, but it feels too painful to let go and i would find it difficult to cope. i am just in need...

  so, it has been around 6 months since me and my ex boyfriend of a year and a half have split up. I had been feeling good for the last few months. but, now i just feel trapped. He's everywhere. we have no contact but he's in the town i live in and on my friend's social media. i feel as if i can never escape him and what he did to me.   so i suffer with anxiety and at the moment it is working on overdrive. every day i wake up feeling physically sick with my heart racing. i have the thoughts over and over again. they are never ending. i never believe that things are going to end well. i never see the good in people. i just believe they are lying to me and are trying to hurt me. i cannot sleep at night as the thoughts keep me up. i went to see a doctor a few months ago. they prescribed medication that didn't work whatsoever and...

  i suspect that i may have bipolar disorder, but i'm worried about seeing a doctor in case they don't belive me or shut me down. any advice?

  so, around 3 months ago my ex boyfriend broke up with me. it left me feeling devastated and heartbroken. but, i came to a place where i was feeling good. i heard that he still had feelings there for me so i decided to messaged him to ask how he was doing. which was a mistake. he asked to meet up to fool around but in the end we ended up chatting and being all over each other, there was still so much love. but when i confronted him about the feelings he said he wasn't ready to be anything yet....

  so, i am physically unable to have sex with people. i have before, but most of the time it is far too painful. this is affecting my life in quite a negative way and i have no idea what is causing this.

  I am currently trying to get over my ex, but it's hard as he's a compltely different person now. It just makes me wonder if what we had wasn't as real as i thought. He now goes out partying, which he never did whilst he was with me. He is out all the time with friends. He also got into a relationship pretty soon after. And according to a mutual friend he's become quite malicious and compltely different, which i could never imagine him being like that when i knew him, I feel so lost.
