  Both of my parent are neraly 80 years old and have a variety of health issues.  My father is in and out of the hospital and sometime because of his Parkinson's disease refuses to cooperate with the medical staff. Also I have been trying to convince them that they should move into an apartment instead of staying in the house.  The house has a lot of stairs in it and I am afraid one of them may fall down the stairs and hurt themselves very badly.
