In need of support if that’s ok

I just wrote a long long post & I deleted it cause I hate everything that I wrote that I’m going through. It makes me sad, frustrated & scared. I guess the short version is that to be honest I really am struggling. I want so badly to heal in every way you could imagine, in body physically, mind & emotional. Especially PHYSICALLY (& emotional)
I’m trying my best & doing all the steps of doctors & appointments & physical therapy (that insurance allows) & get scared if my best it’s enough to battle this, but it’s all I got so ?
Sorry all the sad posts, I just think this is a time that I really need support so that’s why I’m reaching out for it
its funny how I feel guilty admitting that ‘I need support’ something about those three words that make me feel like I’m not doing enough

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

I heard "The first step on the road to recovery is to admit you have a problem". If you go through life acting tough and independent and not admitting you need help, you can't recover.
Do you like to read? I have always loved reading, so I'm constantly on the lookout for good self help books. Take Your Life Back by David Stoop is a really good one.
Don't get discouraged, recovery takes time. Just keep making good decisions. Do you keep a journal? That helps me. Sometimes I think I'm not making any progress, but when I go back and see where I was a year ago or 5 years ago, I get excited and it motivates me to keep going.
