I don't know how to use this. I just need help. I've messed up. I took people in my life for granted. I dont know why but I had a nervous break down. I pushed everyone away when all I really wanted it help. Now I have no one and I'm trying to fix it but I don't know where to start or what to do. Please someone help, I have no one. No friends or family or anything.

I'm so lonely. No matter what I do. I can barley even breath. No matter who I talk to I feel so alone I just wish I could be good enough I just want to be happy I need help but Idk how to get it
