  time just keeps slipping by. my daughter and i went to the cemetary christmas day and left a single red rose on the grave. i'm sleeping better, my dr gave me xanex for anxiety at bedtime it helps me fall asleep most nights. nights are the hardest time for me because i can't touch him. i keep busy in the daytime i'm taking piano lessons and started walking on my tread climber. i have his last picture hanging on the refridgerator i talk to him before i go to bed

  Wasn't easy my daughter and i went to the cemetary with a single rose for Carl we wept a bit hugged and went home i find my self crying more often now i guess the numbness has worn off. this is our first christmas without him. went to the candle lite service at church on christmas eve that was hard too, carl was with us last year

  it's not getting any better, this gaping hole in my heart. i still miss him every day and especially every night, i bought my favorite scent he wore for myself it is a citris scent that anyone could wear, not that i care what others think of my scent. one of my daughters lives close and she checks on me daily to make sure i am doing ok. i ended up with strep throat and am being treated, just a few more days at home alone. i don't want to male others ill so i will do as the dr said. i have...
