I have always been a person so in control of my emotions. I have always been able to show them when I felt it was appropriate and hold them in if I needed to. Now I feel like a blubbering mess. I can just be walking down the hall at work and tears will start streaming down my face. I can be at home and just get angry and walk away. I don't know how to control the pain, sadness, and anger that I am overwhelmed by. I need one more moment with my husband. One more moment to know that I did all I could to save him. One more moment to tell him how much I loved him. One more moment to hold his hand. One more moment to look into his eyes. I just need one more moment..............

It's best to go slowly. Take small steps and be patient with yourself. Try to take the good care of yourself. You will find that time will help. This is a good place to visit.
