  Ever feel like an emotional zombie?  Just dead and or dying inside?  It's like you are there, you can see things happening around you.  You know in your head that you should be feeling something- but no emotions surface.  I hear people talking, are they talking to me?  I can discern words but can I?  The onlookers see me and they want me to snap out of it.  As if it's a joke or something I can control.  When in fact the more I try to control it- the worse I feel.  It's just total...

  I am turning 40 this August and last fall my daughter moved out to start college.  She is nearby and I still see her and talk to her nightly.  So I didn't actually think I was suffering from empty nest syndrom.  For the past few months, I have been in crisis mode.  What's the point?  No desire to do all the normal things I used to do, cleaning, cooking, shopping etc.  I just sit and watch tv all day.  I do have a prt time job- where I work from home.  I am an introvert so that has...
