  I could use some advice on what others do to prevent emotional eating!  I'm going through I tough time right now and turn to food and sugary drinks to cope... Please help with your advice!  Anyone else do this?

  Hi everyone,I'm new here and thought I would give trying an online forum as a way to connect with people who also feel lonely.  This seems like such a taboo subject to bring up in direct conversation, but I'm glad I found this forum.  I have felt lonely for a couple years now, following my diagnosis with postpartum depression.  The symptoms of my psychiatric illness have made it difficult for me to reach out to others when I feel like I'm drowning and so alone, like no one understands or...
