  currently sitting on the couch with my son in my lap just laying on me, playing with his cars. When I came 20 minutes ago I was so mad I was punching my car and now I've bruised my knuckles and hurt my wrist because of traffic on the way home from work. But he always seems to know when I'm upset and can calm me down. What helps you?

  I can't control my mood swings. My therapist says the medicine is to help me not feel my emotions so deeply, but I don't think I'm strong enough. This morning I was so mad I ripped off my shower curtain and threw all of my clothes out of the window because I couldn't find a pair of shoes I wanted to wear. I hate my episodes like these. I feel like a little child throwing a temper tantrum but I can't control it. My OCD isn't helping. When I can't get something "right" it triggers an episode. How...

  I started pulling out my evelashes when I was 7 years old. I'm 21 now. Around my junior year of high school I started pulling my hair on my head too. I won't go into the personal details, but a weight was lifted off my shoulders and it's given me the strength to fight it. I've pulled out hair on my body everyday, all day for 14 years. Today marks the 8th day pull free and I've only pulled out 2...But I am miserable. I miss it so much. I thought I would rejoice on this day. I've pleaded for it...
