I am 21 and a mother to a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Back in October I got into a minor car accident with my kids in the car. I have my permit still and it is preventing me from getting my license and to get a job. I am a stay at home mother. Every time I try to drive I hold my breath or hyperventilate, just want to stomp on the breaks n cry or speed across the road as if I didn't have time to cross.
