You can sell your Condo but the people insist on taking possession by 5 pm today and you have nowhere to go on such short notice.

I COULD TEACH YOU PIG LATIN, BABY TALK, PORTUGUESE, SPANISH, AND AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE BUT NO ONE COULD UNDERSTAND A WORD WITH THE ACCENT OR THE HAND SIGNS YOU WOULD PICK UP FROM ME.
