  Ever since I was a little girl I was always scared of the dark until I started to see shadows when I got older. Now I'm so afriadof the dark I have to sleep with either a dim light or atleast two right nightlights. I cant have my closet doors pen and none of my limbs hang off the bed. I wish i can over come this fear but I think it will stay with me for life......

  It's been a month and 10 days since I saw him last. How do I deal  with the loneliness of him not sleeping next me me? Not being able to hear his voice or smell him even rub his head before I fell asleep. Being able to wake up in the morning to him making me coffee and giving me good morning kisses. How do I deal with being 17 hours away from him 7000 miles away. How do I comfort myself? I sit and re read all his cards he send me and all the things that he sent me over our 10 months of being...

  Dealing with awful flashbacks

  It been 10 years since the death of my biological mother. Now living with my adopted mother I'm still having awful flashbacks about that night. I'm so into the flashbacks that sometime I scream outta no where and my mom (adopted) is worried then there sometimes when I'm sitting there shaking back and forth and tears falling outta my eyes saying to myself mommy don't go. Not even knowing that I'm saying it. I just wish they would go away.
