  I was triggered really bad 3 days ago, and since then I have not really recovered. My ex was the trigger, and I spiralled down very very quickly. The suicidal ideation hasn't really left me since, and the urges to self harm. I self harmed on the 2nd day, a little worse than I normally do, so that was concerning.
