  Hey guys, It has definitely been a while since I have been on here. A few changes have happened in my life such as Last weekend I got married and now my husband and I want to try to have a child.   I have been struggling with OCD a lot lately, mostly obsessive thoughts and they are in the irrational fear of getting in trouble and I'm doing an IOP program for it. It's helping develop coping skills but when the thoughts come I feel like they have so much power over me. Mine comes off in confessing and it's so obvious when it's happening that I'm afraid that I only get a few days without thoughts and then it just comes on again.   has anyone else ever gained weight on their bipolar medication i'm on abilify and i use to be 135 but now i'm 158 and my body hasn't changed at all to reflect this gain

  I have Major depression disorder and PTSD. A lot of what is contributing to my depression is all the memories of my father and the fact that my father still is very angry. But i keep remembering everything and I've been debating on whether it's time to cut contact with him and i do think it would be better for my mental health but I'm not sure how to do this without feeling guilty for it too.
