  Now that I am not talking to my whatever best friend, I realized that her life is full of drama.  I had grown tired of hearing her stories about her boyfriend many months ago.  She basically had been monopolizing conversations for that long too.  She pretty much stopped asking me questions about me.  I passed her in front of her classroom the other day and didn't even look at her.  I am proud of myself for sticking to my guns.  I've had enough abuse and hurt in my lifetime.  I deserve...

  Jay's podcasts are really good.  I watch them on YouTube for free.  Today, I watched his video about motivation.  In fact, I've been watching a few videos on this subject.  Jay gave us an assignment to complete the following sentence:  I am stuck because?  I don't describe myself as stuck, but to finish the sentence, I would say that I am stuck because I am tired.  When I have energy, I do stuff.  Jay's advice was not to wait to feel motivated, but rather just to start.  You can just...
