Hey guys,
It has definitely been a while since I have been on here. A few changes have happened in my life such as Last weekend I got married and now my husband and I want to try to have a child. I also have endometriosis which I recently had a sugery to clean out stage 1 and i've been told I should not have trouble conceiving this brings me to what I'm struggling with, I was on norethindrone to control my endoemtriosis for 2 years and just came off of it so I am able to start trying. This last week off of it I have gotten all my pms symptoms back that I had before i was on it such as severe cramping, mood fluctuations and unfortunetly this is also when my OCD would increase with hormone changes. I have been ruminating over past things that hold no meaning to me anymore and i have had several panic attacks this week due to OCD but have been using the coping mechanisms that my OCD Therapist has given me to use over the year i've been in therapy with him (ERP therapy). Although I can end panic attacks rather quicklky with those now all the hormone pms feelings that I have not had in a long time feels overwhelming and flooding my body. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with anything similar like this and have any advice for navigating that feeling?
