  It always seems easy for me to just jump up to someone's rescue when they don't even need me-or they can simply handle it themselves. I have them be an excuse for why I can never focus on what I need to do for myself...But then the funny part is that when everyone's gone n away from me I can finally focus n it literally feels like I can breathe. I'm now at the point where I feel like I need to remove myself from my situation to actually do that but of course I dont want anyone to question or...
