It always seems easy for me to just jump up to someone's rescue when they don't even need me-or they can simply handle it themselves. I'm now at the point where I feel like I need to remove myself from my situation to actually do that but of course I dont want anyone to question or feel bad why I'm doing so. I divorced my ex husband whom is an alcoholic, because I needed to take care of myself, my health, and my future goals. He was sinking his own ship and I didn't want to go down with him. I know you feel like you have to help everyone, but you should help yourself JUST AS MUCH as you do for them. You need to show yourself the same level of love you show everyone else!
