Recently diagnosed with BPD, and before last year I didn't even know what BPD was. I thought I would never truly know what was wrong with me, and why I struggle so hard to just exist. I can't tell if being self aware helps or destroys.. But I have to keep on fighting. So I am here to give and get support.

I've never felt comfortable enough to go into depth about what it is like to form relationships with my BPD. I don't know how to talk to my loved ones about it, because it forces them to be open minded in ways I know they can't be. Does anyone else just.. not know what their true personality is at all?
