  　I'm so exhausted, didnt sleep last night. And this am was pretty horrible. I am reliving it and everything I felt then just hit me like a ton of bricks. Getting the call, then having to break it to my parents, their grand daughter 's body was found. They already knew it wasnt good news b/c I was sneaking into their room instead or rushing in with good news. I will never foget the look on their faces. I will never have peace with the fact that I had to break my parents like that. I worry...

  Tonight is the worst of it all. I'm terrified to go to sleep, nightmares, flashbacks, reliving it. To get that phone call at 410am telling me they found her body all over again is unbearable.Tranquilizers dont stop the nightmares or flashbacks, they make me feel like I can never wake up or get away from them.

  Tonight is the worst of the last 5 days....the reliving, remembering, flashbacks, nightmares.  Feeling like I'm right back there again.  The tranquilizers my head doc gave me dont really seem to do anything for the nightmares...more so just makes me feel not in control.I keep think about getting that phone call at 410am....what do I do....I just want my mind to shut off, nothing but a void.
