  Going on about a month of waking up every single morning with anxiety. The trigger was my cat being diagnosed with kidney failure. It was determined he was only in mild failure though and was stable. But the trigger had already happened and once that wasn't an issue anymore my brain began searching for things to be upset about. It moved onto worry for my senior dog and anticipation of his death someday. I have now moved on to an obsession with comparing my life to others lives and not feeling...
