  I need help. I have struggled in this on and off relationship for 3 years and its been a toxic relationship. Part ofme wants to hold on and another part tells me I need to let go. I'm scared of being alone and what little love i get i think its better then none so i stick around. I have put myself into a downward spiral. My depression some times leads to self harm.   I have been struggling with self harm for many years now. This past year I have been trying to get the help I know I need. My boyfriend / ex i dont know what we are anymore. He goes though these times to where he just cheats and makesterible choices. He had just got out of rehab because he knows he needs help. So we were seeking help together and alone to better our selves. To find out the week i'm not staying at his place he brings another girl in again. I am pretty depressed and am trying so...
