  Hi, I am new on here and stumbled across this group.  I am a mom of a sweet, energetic 3 and a half year old boy and could definitely use some friends or a support group!!!

  Does anyone else have anxiety that manifests in unusual ways?  Most of the time I feel like my anxiet is less panic attacks and more "I'm not enough" "did I do that wrong" "should I have done better" "Its all my fault".  It's so hard to deal with because I am constantly questioning if I did something wrong or hurt someones feelings or if someone is mad at me for something I don't understand.  Sometimes I have to try to decifer what feels like it's real and what I know is logically not...
