I have been trying to start making plans with friends as we slowly begin our social distance get togethers. I have a nice little deck perfect for a small trio of friends I’ve been getting ready. Visits from my brother but still keeping a safe distance from the BF was he works in a big facility and a coworker tested positive.

Im also following the news and my community happenings and speaking up wherever needed in this important conversation, while remembering my mental health needs and keeping stress levels as low as I possibly can, though it’s challenging at times.

hi Jan! Things are ok here. Just been doing chores, laundry, vacuum and grocery shopping today. Going to my parents later to help them move crud into their storage unit.. Definitely living in a bubble... Listening to my Ipod and care-taking Blue!

I’m doing ok. Visited sister and my papa today. It’s a beautiful day. Our pool will be open Tuesday just in time for 90* weather

I finally got to see my doctor yesterday. She prescribed me Olanzapine. I started taking one last night and woke up with mild headaches and feeling drowsy. We talked about my symptoms of Xanax withdrawal. She told me there was a man who couldn't get off Xanax for two years and was sick for four months after he finally got off it. I hope everyone has a good day today.

kissess2016 - So far it makes me very sleepy. My doctor said it works like sleeping pills. I just need something to calm down the Xanax withdrawal. I, too, hope this one works. It is very difficult to find anti-depressants that work for me.

51st birthday a couple weeks ago, totally ignored it. Spending most evenings in the garden lots off flowers, plants and veggies. Re-doing the outdoor patio area if the new patio set would ever arrive, should be the 10th, only took 5 weeks.

Work is still 1 day a week for a couple hours at the office and the rest from home. My Sales Mgr.'s baby due date is today, so now we're just waiting for "the call". They'll totally quarantine with the baby for 2 weeks after he's born, then a couple of us who've been generally isolated will get to hang out with her and little Fin, while she takes a couple more weeks before she goes back to work.

Other than that just hanging out with Rambo, dealing with the high heat and finding ways to keep busy.
