  22/05/2020yesterday i joined this website and expressed a few of my concerns about myself, and after seeing all the replies, it has made me feel less alone in this. i used to think that it was only myself who could help this but i realise that i need to talk to someone. today, i feel not the best, but hopeful.22/05/2020i decided to download an app called 'i am sober' which in a way may be able to help slow down the process of stopping my self harming. i hope it works

  my brother has insomnia, and ever since he told me what it was, it would make sense that i have it. i don't want to be the person who self diagnoses themselves with mental health issues, but i really do feel like i have it. my friends are always commenting on how tired i am and how i 'sleep' so much (though, i'm just laying in my bed unable to sleep). i never am able to get a full nights sleep a.k.a less than 2-3 hours a night. this really stresses me out as i have schoolwork as well as after...

  hello. i'm not too sure if i do have depression or not, i do have the 'side effects' (is that the correct term) of it, but i'm too scared to talk to anyone about it (especially my family. i dont want to stress them out.) i have been struggling with self harm, and i always feel the need to isolate myself, or i always feel isolated in general. whenever i'm at school with friends, i always feel out of the conversation whether i'm sat in the middle or distanced away from them. i'm just confused but...

  hello. this is my first ever sit i've done this type of thing on.. i've tried to find anonymous onlline help with messaging but there are none that fit my description. for a few years now, i've been harming myself on my thighs, wrists and the inside of my ankle. my classmates saw and told my teacher, but nobody really understood. i feel like i'm just doing it for attention, thats what everyone keeps telling me at least. but i can't seem to stop. am i doing it for attention?
