Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
I replied to your other post. Self Injury is normally not done for attention. Only you can answer that question. The self-harm that I have inflicted is because I can’t feel or express emotions. It is really dangerous and really does not solve anything. It would be better for you to talk to your parents, a school counselor, or even the crisis hotline at 1-800-273-8255. You matter and deserve to get the support you need. This line is a free service and they have will talk as long as you need and can give you resources that can help. I hope you will call or get the support you need.
