  OMG.  I don't know what to do.  I feel awful.  I can't sleep anymore, and crying is just becoming a game to see how long I can go nonstop.  I don't really have anybody to talk to.  My two best friends haven't even noticed my rapid change in behavior, and haven't asked if I am okay.  I always check in with my friends when they don't resspond to my texts a day later, its been days and I don't have any motivation to respond.  I am not getting school work done, and I feel like I am just...

  Dear Journal,I am not okay.  I haven't been okay.  The last time I logged in was months ago.  Things were not so bad.  I think the worst of COVID-19 was starting out at that time.  Things have changed since then.  I don't know if it's my anxiety and depression causing physical symptoms.  I would like to think not.  It doesn't make sense and neither does just blaming a lack of exercise.  I know that I don't exercise as I probably should.  I'm 16 and I weigh about 180 lbs.  With ankle...

  Dear Journal,It has been a while since my last entry.  I just commented on someone's post about something I am experiencing and understand, and added a post to my PTSD group.  Since my last check-in, things have been a rollercoaster.  Had episodes.  Changed medications.  Got put on a new med for migraines which I never knew I had but are definitely a lot more under control now.  I am feeling better, and I am doing better.  COVID ruined a bunch of stuff.  The end of sophmore year, and me...

  Ugh....  So I have been in a pretty bad mindset all day.  My head hurts, I do not feel good at all.  My ankle hurts so damn much, I feel like i'm drowning all the time.  It doesn't help that its raining out really badly.  But I cannot stand when people chew and my mom found it offensive that I covered my ears as she loudly chewed her chips.  And I am physically in so much pain I couldn't walk out and she started yelling at me.  And like it is just the two of us.  My brother is off at...

  Hey y'all,So I am pretty sure it has been quite a while that I have posted on here.  A lot has happened since this school year started end of August.  But the stress and anxiety has been extreme.  My panic attacks have been getting worse, and causing more physical symptoms.  Lately, when I get attacks my cheeks get extremely red and my face is heated.  The issue is that for the majority of that time, I am actually cold and it makes no sense.  Sorry....   Hi.  So I think I might have PTSD.  I was bullied for the last 3 years and it is still a little bit ongoing now.  It has been really hard for me and it has been so difficult to deal with what happened.  It is hard for me to think about or speak names or what happened during that time.  I have difficulty going outside my house for the fear that I might see somebody I know, from the school I went to when it happened, because even if it isn't one of the people who bullied me, their face...
