Hey y'all,
So I am pretty sure it has been quite a while that I have posted on here. A lot has happened since this school year started end of August. But the stress and anxiety has been extreme. My panic attacks have been getting worse, and causing more physical symptoms. Lately, when I get attacks my cheeks get extremely red and my face is heated. The issue is that for the majority of that time, I am actually cold and it makes no sense. Sorry.... It has been a realllly long day. And I still cannot go to sleep. I have a project to finish, and a paragraph to write, while also stidying for various exams as well.

Do what needs to be done. Keep working at those. That's what going to help you move forward.
You can do this. You are stronger than you realize.
