  I feel that  I am a habitual procrastinator to no end.  I continuously put off what I could do today, or tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, I put it off again till the next day and so on and so forth. I don’t want help in this situation but I have been doing it for so long that it just seems to be a part of my life. With the new year coming, does anyone have any advice on how you might deal with this problem. It is causing me anxiety.
