Scales edged downwards today a little and a pound of the two I put on for New years eve has gone.
A Bit bored last night I worked out how many pounds I need to lose. 64 pounds and I also worked out that at a three pound loss a week would take me till the end of May. That's assuming I stick carefully to plan.
Today will be a difficult day for my steps count as I have a bunch of emails to send for voluntary work and then my friend is coming for lunch. So I will not be able to leave the house for long.
I did the plank for 30 seconds and I can safely say I am now back in routine.
Earlier this year, I was motivated to lose weight and exercise more. For 8 weeks I was faithful and consistent. Lost 13 lbs.Fast forward to now...not good. All motivation gone. Probably gained it all back...haven’t checked lately and now I need to be on blood pressure medicine. Sigh...How do I keep going when I don’t feel like it? Not sure about watching my macros and plugging in what I eat...
