  Hello , I am 130lbs overweight. I gained 100 of it in the last 13 years . I am so tired of being sick and tired. I start my "diet" every morning and end up going off of it by the evening. I am a emotional eater. It is affecting almost every area of my life.  It is hard to walk any length of time or distance. I know what i need to do but walking the talk is very difficult.
