I am proud of who I am. I am a pansexual with a beautiful girlfriend who I love and cherish. Lately I've been going to class with my pride lanyard on and getting hate from the Freshman. Today one of them used a very derogatory term I find extremely rude and disrespectful. Not to mention it shouldn't be used in a school environment. Last night everything sort of decided to try and crush me. I felt what little control I had slipping and panicked. I broke a pencil sharpener and took the blade... I used it to cut the tops of my arms. They are shallow and small but cuts nonetheless.

I will admit I'm not the most optimistic, and for a while I lost hope that anyone could help me. Then I learned about online support groups. This is where a little of my faith in humanity was restored. I mean these people are more than a group with similar problems or concerns, these people are a FAMILY. To be part of that....more than I could ever hope for.... I posted and within HOURS got some of the best advice. Better than any counselor could give. Counselors don't connect on the same level...

For a while everything was okay. Then we found out he was on drugs. My mom is one of the sweetest most caring people I know, who only wants what's best for her children. (I have 3 siblings) One of which is my Step dad's. See I would be okay with this except he threatened to turn us over to CPS with little to no evidence. Sure as hell none that is valid. So my sister forced me out to my mom, who thinks me being Pansexual is just a phase. Next I came out to my step brother who turned out to be homophobic. I'm not sure what to do from here. My sister burst into tears because I haven't told my dad or any of the rest of my family. I would have done it a while ago because I'm proud of who I am it's just the minor problem of most of my family are strict Mormons...
