Family Issues Support Group
Family issues is a huge range that go from minor conflict to major misbehaviour and even abuse on the part of individual members of the family occur. Whether you feel you are in a dysfunctional family or you're dealing with a very specific issue, this is the place to talk about it and find others who might be going through the same thing.
For a while everything was okay. Then we found out he was on drugs. My mom is one of the sweetest most caring people I know, who only wants what's best for her children. (I have 3 siblings) One of which is my Step dad's. See I would be okay with this except he threatened to turn us over to CPS with little to no evidence. Sure as hell none that is valid. But threatened my family nonetheless. Now he's living here again because he's homeless otherwise and his child lives here. I have no love for this man as my family anymore and it hurts to see he's still here causing stress and pain for my mom.

When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. She told me that the guy who raped and beat me 21 years ago now almost 20 years at that time, was in prison as of a month before that...
I hope that she's not enabling your stepfather if he's using drugs..... You could go to Al anon or Nar anon....
These meetings are for the loved one or families of addicts and they can help a great deal and they're free.... These meetings may help to empower you and give you more coping skills and they're all over the place... You could look up meetings in your area......Another hug and a blessing.....xo
