  Where does one start. I feel like my life is a struggle everyday. Things and life around me are stressful. My salvation is to eat. I'm 49 years old 5'4 300 lbs. Ive been up and down the scale with no real success. I'm worried about my health and in turn makes me eat more. I'm a emotional eater for sure and I eat more then I need to. Some days i have all i can do to get out of bed. I feel at a loss. Just frustrating. Surgery is not an option for me. So I just struggle everyday with this mess....
