  I've been so tired of trying and putting in all my effort I'm trying my hardest and everyone has high expectations I'm trying to keep calm but that's all I've been doing all my life and I'm just really tied to trying and putting in everything I have in me and getting nothing out of it. I'm sorry if I'm annoying I'm just reaching out for help

  Leaving a program

  So I've been in this program for about 2 weeks I'm terrified about leaving tomorrow since it's my last day. I don't feel better and in fact I feel worse and my mom and basically my whole family is putting so much stress onto me and I'm so scared for what might happen. My mother thinks I do things just to make people feel sorry for me and I feel worse.
