Tired

I've been so tired of trying and putting in all my effort I'm trying my hardest and everyone has high expectations I'm trying to keep calm but that's all I've been doing all my life and I'm just really tied to trying and putting in everything I have in me and getting nothing out of it. I'm sorry if I'm annoying I'm just reaching out for help
