  To preface this post: I am NOT diagnosed with PTSD nor am I claiming to suffer with it. I'm just wondering if anyone has tips or advice on repressed memories.Ever since I can remember, intimacy paralyzes me. Not even just romantically, but any sort of intimacy.   The past three weeks I've been getting decreased sleep, by half. However, I always slept a lot before, so I figured it was no big deal. I used to sleep 10-12 hours and I have been averaging 5-6 hours the past three weeks. However, the past two nights I slept absolutely fine. I got 7-8 hours, it was good. But tonight I'm absolutely wide awake (it's past 5 am right now), can't sleep, just want to write and read and talk a ton about about my favorite TV show... but I don't know. I don't think it...
