I am mom to 4 grown children and 'Nonie' to 7 precious little ones and 8 bonus grandkids. I am on disability due to a herniated disc and spinal stenosis in my lower back as well as sciatica and fibromyalgia. Along with those things comes depression and anxiety too. I was always a giver, a doer, a helper, and basically a doormat. With my limitations I can't do that anymore so life is about accepting where I'm at and learning to live differently. Letting others 'do' for me is new to me but I'm learning to allow it... my wonderful DH will have it no other way :-D

Good morning and happy Saturday. I'm still at my daughter's so just a quick check-in. The two younger kids are gone for the day so just Noah and us grown-ups. We'll probably just work on tidying her place up today. I go the dishes caught up already. Good morning circle! It's Saturday and I just got happy news. My oldest son and his girlfriend are having a baby! I didn't expect to have any more grandchildren since he is almost 37 and she is a bit older and already has 5 teenage boys. She's from the Philippines and just brought her boys here before Christmas.
