Doug is off today, he's using up annual leave before April, so we off into Bromley and had lunch out. Then i had to go to a check up for my blood pressure. Its up a bit, i have to go back on the 3rd of April. There is me saying i hate changes in meds, but if my blood pressure is still high, looks like i be facing a change.

It has been so windy today, what a change in the weather. I bought a few wild flower seeds to plant.

I did and don't want to get out of bed! My back is still a mess and I babies it yesterday. I have to go get some med refills. Thank goodness I have plenty of leftover chili.

I'll be skipping taking pantry food until I'm comfortable carrying it and that's fine. The only cold stuff is cheese and butters I have plenty of room.

I need to figure out how to set up the computer still.,maybe I'll work on it for awhile.

I sure wish someone would invent something for pain that doesn't make people want to abuse it and it actually helps.

My fire is still going slowly on my trunk it could go for days. The expected rain Wednesday could put it out it's so low.

Saturday Mom's car was posted on Craigslist and Market place and it was a nightmare of calls. Low ball, everyone. There had been 3 other cars her same year/make/model/better body shape posted and my BIL and I called to see what kind of offers they'd received. Low ball of under 5K. My sister is going to pay Mom the $5500 for the car and her granddaughter will have a nice safe car to drive. Mom happy. Portland used cars are a buyers market as well as corporate auctions. Big city deals.

If I can't get out and garden I'll go nuts. Gardening is my first love and I'm being denied due to weather, but my second love is the house deco. I do empathize with the states having flooding/snow/horrible winds and the people there. Sigh, I just want all to be well.

the sun is shining now, but it's been mostly overcast. now, were having low than normal temps! i need a body helper. i need to move my fridge a few inches to get to the outlet and i need to have my bed lifted to get a rug under it. claire's joining me tomorrow, so the two of us can manage.

the beans are on and smelling great. that'll be a nice dinner. i left a container of all my vintage linens and curtains on my trip to NC. i had the perfect curtains for the kitchen, so hopefully i can come across more or make some. i have a pretty red shear fabric that would work.

my neighbor and i had it out saturday in front of claire which i hated, but i told him to step off and stay away if he was going to speak to me rudely and make accusations. i need to put in a maintenance request b/c my porch light and living room light are on the same switch!

my rest break is over.

moonie, sorry abut the market there on your mother's car. i wonder about here.

Moonie selling is a nightmare! Picking someone is like choosing who gets to win the lottery. That car is worth a small fortune your niece won the lottery,hope she recognizes that. I don't even know where to start on this computer UGH!

I had a shower and that at least woke me up some. I'm ready for some chili time change has no effect on that!

It's suppose to go into a deep freeze the next 2 nights and I have a few bags of apples for the pantry in the car, now I'm worried about them. How cold can apples take?

Hi everyone. I meant to get in here earlier but I'm still so tired. I ended up sleeping all afternoon. The time changed here but it doesn't really affect me as we just go to bed and get up when we feel like it.

Toni-I think apples can survive down to almost freezing, but would it get that cold in your car? Mom wanted what the other sellers received but she was given $500 more then any of the 21 offers and the other sellers with the same exact car ( three of them ) all accepted $4500 to $5000. This was not fun, exhausting. If anyone wants a used car here it truly is a buyers market, if buying from an owner.

Serenity-It seems the area dictates used car prices, just like houses. That's too bad about leaving the box of linens. Finding the perfect curtains or even fabric at a thrift store or Goodwill.

Ah ha there's Serenity no longer hiding! I'm having beans with chili or I'd be tempted to fix some my cooking spell! Soon I will, I bet and with peppered cornbread. How'd I know that neighbor would end up trouble? Tell him The Circle can open up a mean can of whoop ass hehe! That's some weird wiring and sure would make things difficult. I'm with you Lisa I'm up and down at my own pace. I still wonder about Covid, it can wear you out. How far did you go on vaccines and boosters? Rest up all you need to and stay home! Talk to Moonie she's had it and even with the vaccines she felt fatigued.

Moonie I almost sent you a message I knew you'd know! I looked it up and inside vehicles they can handle it up to 28 degrees, were going into low 20s, I took them to the pantry and a couple of bags of stuff. I at least got some of it done. It's all over the news how used cars are being bought country wise, I wonder why your area isn't effected by it, not enough buyers? I"m curious now! Don't get my brain going LOL! I had over 500 views and it stopped when I put pending on it, who knows. Curiosity killed the ostrich! It is exhausting and stressful, my mind was spinning with it all. It was a pleasure to be done with it.

Well good news, I'm on my computer! It's going to take awhile to get use to. I'm so use to my phone and auto spelling and word association. This feels so much better to the hands and fingers though, now to keep myself from overdoing. Call me done for the day!

I had a good catch up with my adopted Ivan Uganda son yesterday, we can get behind. He finished school, I'm so proud of him. Graduation is in June.

Carly did you get your basement cleaned up? You have to be sick of it by now!
