It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

I am at my daughter's house and had the best sleep last night on her sofa. I wasn't even as sore this morning as I am at home. Might just be because it's a nicer warmer day today..
It is so nice to be here with my grandkids as they get up in the morning. Noah is great company and always has a conversation in him. Little Izzy is 7 now and such a little sprite. She's got the cutest tiny little voice and talks almost constantly. I understand why it drives her mom crazy but I love it. Then there's Oliver, constantly in VR goggles jumping around the living room giving commentary on the game he's playing. Izzy is playing with one of their cats, they have 3 and a dog. I'm not crazy about the dog but they do well to keep her away from me as much as possible and I give her a few pets now and then.
I might not be on much while I'm here. This is a busy, somewhat noisy household. Not sure what we'll do besides some organizing she wants help with. Tonight we'll have a girl's night with a bottle of wine. Hope you all have a nice weekend.

Oh good Lisa you did get to go to your daughter's. Maybe you need to trade couches? I haven't heard you say you slept so well. Those grandkids sound like a blast, it's been way to long since I've been around little ones, they lift the spirit like no one else can. Girl's night sounds like fun too, no limbo dancing haha! Hope to see you sneak in for a moment or 2.
I slept good and then didn't want to give it up so laid in bed and watched TV for a bit.
My bank did a big no no, they didn't distribute new debit cards out and mine at least expired yesterday. I'll have to check on that, even if it's in the mail it will be delayed, because my mail doesn't get delivered until around 4pm.
It's not too bad out, but a big front is predicted to come through early evening. I planted some green onions yesterday guess I'll throw my netting over them so they don't drown. Its predicted 2 or 3 inches.
I dropped the things off at the pantry the other day. And ran into dollar general. The pantry is running very low. To give you some idea of this area, one of the towns in this county a few years back was named the poorest in the country. My town is the county seat. I really encourage help, but it's a very red zone. I always love hearing others talk about giving in any way it makes it about the people not us.

everything went fine today except Ann left my rollator at the hospital. i suffered more afterward with caffeine withdrawal and probably dehydration. i've taken my night meds for early sleep, i hope. no barking dog, but dog tired!

Toni, so great that you had sleep. Sometimes it is just nice to lie in bed even if you are not sleeping; such a comfy feeling. I don't have TV in the room I usually end up end. :-)

Did you know Marg/aka Hathani? I have been looking for her for years. And it has never been like her to not reply to my posts. And of course I am thinking the worst.
