  You are greatly appreciated.. Painting used to be a hobby as well as drawing and even coloring. But lately I feel my routine is just so depressing. But I have no energy.. As much as I try to be optimistic, it just beats me and I feel like a failure..

  On October 4, I went in for a routine check up. I was told to take a pregnancy test just to make sure the symptoms I was having wasn't due to pregnancy. When the test results came back, they assured me they were positive! I was going to be a mommy.. At 5 weeks in my womb, I would have the angel I'd been dreaming about.   I don't know how to deal with my PTSD anymore. I feel like it gets worse by the day. I'm always afraid of something wether it's simple or severe, I just can't seem to be at ease. How do you deal with this ? How can I cope ?
