  Hi everyone. I've been inactive for a while since finally getting help, and I came back because I was getting more down recently and needed people who cared. After getting back on here I realize I stopped talking to a community who I relied on and who should be able to rely on me.   I just wanted to update you all on how my psychiatric appointment went today. The woman I spoke with was just a one-time sort who would help get me started on medication. I'll be following up two more visits with a different psychiatrist later on to see how things are going with the medication. They put me on Effexor and she gave me a list of group meetings I can attend for particular things I struggle with.So I benefitted extremely from today's encounter and I believe everything is only going...
