I did alot yesterday it is a good feeling to get things done but I Knew I would be in some extra pain today and I woke up sore but so far not to bad. I am hoping that this keeps up getting things done, I say that all the time but it is so good for me emotionally to get things done as it seems this CP takes everything from me and I like to kick it in the teeth once in awhile and say here take that pain I can live just fine.
Hubby fixed my brakes yesterday and said I need new tires, why is it hubbys always want to spend money on the non fun things like that:(
I cleaned our bedroom and rearranged it all well hubby and son did but I directed the move and I threw alot away and donated what could be and I even did about 6 loads of laundry and cleaned the bathroom and that is a full day for me. I have nothing left under the bed not even dust bunnies which were more like dust elephants as I dont clean under there often enough and with dogs well you know how that goes.
My middle son turned 21 yesterday and my dog Zoe she turned 11 so it was a day of birthdays.
Weather yesterday was beautiful today it is raining so I hope it stops as I wanted to clean out my car if I can.
Hope everyone has a great low pain day, missed you all over the weekend
Didn't do jack this weekend, I slept through most of it. I guess it finally nailed me and I slept most of the day away Saturday and all most all of it yesterday. My hours are kind of backwards, I slept all day and was up all night.
I'm glad the sites back up even with the bugs, I missed everyone this weekend. I've got to take the boys out of school early for doctors appointments today but other than that, not much going on.
I don't feel too bad and I hope everyone has a low pain day,
Mike
Hugs and peace to everyone,
Lisa
Pauli - did your doctor mention anything about the possibility of the anti-depressant reducing your pain?
How can I tame this fibro monster??? This year has been just awful and the cold days aren't even here yet, I'm on so much medicine; I do what I should and not what I shouldn't.AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
There ya go Zingara...it feels good to scream, try it :)
I'm sorry guys....just can't type much more to recognize you individually, you know I love you all and I really hope you can have a good day.
Take care and take care of yourselves!!
Love and hugs to all,
MaryKathryn
I'm in my second week back to work and trying to adjust. I miss being here as much, but I am doing what I can. You guys are great!!!
I am real tired. When I see my PM doc I can fill him in on what's happening, but I feel very drained.
Big Hugs,
David.
I'd like to disappear.
All of us go through these very tough times with chronic pain.
You do need to get something for that shoulder pain until you can get surgery in Jan.
In the meantime, know that you have many good friends who are here for you. I will be here for you no matter what,my dearest friend.Take care.
Lots of Love and Gentle hugs,
MaryKathryn
Zingara- I am so glad that you get to see your daughter! I don't know what I will do when my son leaves the home. He is joining the Navy when he graduates. I am so proud of him and I will be proud then too....I just don't know what I will do without my baby boy around. Oh, sad face!
LE- I am keeping your son in my prayers and I hope that things work out. It is ok to worry about him...he is your child. HUGS to you and much support. I wish children came with a handbook sometimes.
Cherry- Tomorrow is a new day my friend...please don't "disappear". I don't know if you are seeing a counselor but, if not, I would recommend obtaining one. Also, are you on anti-depressants? I would recommend those too. Everyone is allowed to feel down, heck! I think we earned that right. However, I just don't want you to drown in unhappy feelings and feelings of dispair...they eat you up and spit out your bones. My support and HUGS to you
MK- I am going to give you "air hugs" so I don't hurt your fibro. I am so sorry that you are hurting so much.
Mike- I am still working on my MEEBO. I contacted DS and MEEBO again yesterday and, I am pursuing it diligently. I really miss our coffee too. I am so glad that you got some sleep my friend. HUGS and love to you.
Dave- You are breaking my heart...I just feel your struggles and I think you are stuffing so much more. Please know that I am always here for you. HUGS my dear friend.
Pauli- Thank You Lord for providing you some healing. It is a huge relief that you desperately needed. HUGS my friend.
Happy morning to you all. I feel out of sync with missing DS over the migration. It is 3:16 am right now. I have given up on being "in sync" with a normal sleep schedule. I talked about it with my mom and she said...sleep when you need to and, don't worry about a normal schedule because you are living in not normal circumstances. OK..sounds good to me. I can sleep about 2 to 3 hours at a time then I am up for a while. My hips, legs, back, thighs, fingers, shoulders etc--- everything hurts, goes numb, gets crampy etc when I lay down for too long. Sorry LE...did not mean to send it down I-5.
I'm on antidepressants and I have a wonderful therapist, but with inadequate pain management, it's pretty much impossible to have hope.
Oh well...another day begins and I can't type enough to address each of you individually, but know that I appreciate all of you and send hugs and love.

It is a little nippy this morning as we have had some ok weather besides the rain the weather man is saying we are in store for a cold one today and maybe a few days. He is saying something about the northern lights but with the clouds he said it will be hard to see. Has anyone seen the lights?
I am sorer then usually and it is because I am trying to get off my butt to get some things done around here which helps me emotionally but kills me physically but gotta do what I can. I sort of feel like I was hit by a truck or if I was up all night drinking Alcohol and have a hang over from hell isnt that a kick in the teeth to feel the hangover over without having the drinks.
I did a few loads of laundry, cleaned up the basement a bit and put away clothes and made dinner a light day for a normal person but for me it is a major accomplishment. Hope I can do some more today but had a hard time sleeping last night keep on waking up every couple of hours it was pissing me off as I feel like I just didnt sleep.
Hope everyone has a good one.
I'm rested but compleatly turned around and living vampire hours. So I'm right with you Brandi.
Manny, careful, sounds like your overdoing it a little. But I'm nobody to give advice there.
David, it's hard to go back to being active after being taking it easy after surgery and having time off. I think anyone would be exausted.
Wish I had some great advice for you cherry but the only thing I've got is take a steaming hot bath, that always gives me some relief when it gets really bad.
I was in and out all night, my sleep patern is really messed up. I got everyone out of here smooth and now I have a little me time. I have things I'd like to do but we have to go to a choir performance for Victor tonight so I don't want to overdo it today and pay for it there. It's an hour drive to Emporia University where it's at and I know the drive and sitting in those seats are going to play hell with my pain. Eric's staying home with one of his autism specialist so at least I won't have that stres to deal with this evening.
My pain levels have been good as long as I don't do anything. I've got a few large projects I'm afraid to start but that have been hanging over my head for awhile now. As much as I'd like to get them done today's not the best day to start.
our weather's going to take a turn tomorrow and we're supposed to get rain. I'm dreading that because I'm always miserable on a rainy day, plus I'll be recovering from tonight.
Is this long enough?
Yeah, I think so,
hope everyone has a great day,
Mike
Here we go again another day and not sure if that is good or bad at this point as I have PMS sorry guys but you gals know how it is and I find my pain is increased by this two fold.
I did not do alot yesterday I think I was finally burnt out from a couple days of doing this and that and took a day to do nothing. I am back to the daily grind so to speak today as I have to pick up my niece from school also today and not just drop her off and she gets early let out today so 215 is when I got to pick her up and I dont fall asleep for my nap because I am scared I will over sleep and no body will wake me up.
My SIL came over yesterday and I knew she was coming and was going to make dinner for everyone but I didnt have it in me and felt bad that I didnt do it. My kids are old enough to make something for themselves or go get a pizza so I dont always have to make dinner. I like to when my 5 year old niece is here because her mom doesnt cook and I like her to have a homemade meal but if I am not up to it will go and get her something or make her a sandwich or something.
Well hope everyone has a great day
