Amber just so you know I have significant food allergies as a kid and even now, Anella is allergic to NOTHING I was so thankful (an surprised) I'll hope the same for your beauties
I know alot about this because my 4 year old has celiac. That said, its probably the diaper, or the diaper cream, or teething related like the first person said, or she could have just had a stealth poopie and sat in it too long ;)
Maybe keep feeding the rice cereal but go back to the old diapers and see if it clears up. Then, if it does, you know it was the diaper and can go on with the veggies.
If she’s otherwise well, you can continue solids cautiously—introduce one new food at a time and monitor her reaction.
