Hello, my name is Aaron and I am a liar and a cheater. I lied today at work but I will work hard to be honest tomorrow. I know this group is many years old but I was hoping there still might be some people participating. Thank you.

I'm bonnie and I'm a liar. I lied today already but will try to be honest for the rest of the day.

Checking in for day two, which was yesterday. No lies the entire day. In fact I acted out of compulsion and went to see if I could find where my spouses new relationship lives. In the process I realized what I was doing was completely horrific and was so disgusted with myself and horrified at my behavior. As soon as my spouse got home, I informed them of what I did and how sorry I was. My spouse would never have known I did it, but I knew and I knew even more I didn't want to keep the secret, so I told my spouse immediately. The sense of relief I had at not keeping a secret and not lying was wonderful!

Happy Valentines day and my partners birthday. No coincidences. She special. An example to the path we walk. Day 23. The work I do is for me. I read yesterday that to truly love someone you must be able to be without them. You have to love yourself and bring yourself happiness. When you are with them you can share true joy. Otherwise you are using them for something to benefit yourself. Learning to accept I really am enough.

My name is Bonnie and I'm a compulsive liar. Today was a terrible day. Lied all night and day, back and forth, about an issue. Destroyed my husband. Was incredibly cruel. I must STOP to save my relationship.

Hey guys. Monday done. Guided through another good day. Staying focused on being authentic. Easy to remember the truth. Stay strong and be kind to yourself.

Another day down in life's journey, today I will be checking out behavior modification counselors. I want an "insurance plan" on whipping this problem once and for all. I know some other people on here have had great luck with talking to a therapist, I hope I have the same experience.

Hi I'm Bonnie and I"m a compulsive liar. This is day 1.

Days 11-12-13 It has been a biusy but rewarding last few days...no lies so no remorse and it feels great..Friday night at our monthly event there was a big misunderstanding, I thought she was blowing me off as her family is still upset with me because of my lies and I expected the cold shoulder from them but not from her..and when I tried to approach her I felt she blew me off she was with her friends and family, so I went to the other side of the venue and just hung with mine...at the end she said I ignored her, to which I responded you gave me the cold shoulder treatment-she said it wasn't intentional..we talked later and for the first time I really felt the pain of the lies I told as she just busted out in tears-there's no worse feeling in the world when you see how the lies has truly crushed a person that trusted you...awful. The next morning we took a drive to an event I had to do after class Sat morning...it gave us three hours to talk and discuss the hurt, the whys and the getting through...but it always came back to why the lies? The trip also brought up other deep seated concerns over the last two years...we reached our destination, had a wonderful time, stopped and ate, laughed some more...and then in even with all the lies and hurt that had passed she still said "I love You" to me...that everyone was a real defining moment...and that showed there's still hope...Sunday was giving God thanks for even the chance to continue to better myself, afterwards we enjoyed shopping, dinner and movies...with the crazy icy snow yesterday it gave me a chance to relax and think about what I want to be as a PERSON...and continued to delete those triggers out of my life that even give even the hint of needing or wanting to lie...I know this was long but I hope this really helps someone...as long as you want to be better and focus on that you will...have a great day everyone...

Haven't checked into this post in a while, but always here trying to live honestly.

I don't know what Day it is, probably zero, because I slip up all the time. Even if I immediately backtrack to tell the truth, it's still lying. It's also really disheartening and discouraging that that's still the go-to.
